What happens to your data when you visit this website or contact us – in plain terms. Last updated: November 6, 2026.

1. Controller

bcu solutions LLC
3833 Powerline Rd. Suite 201
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309
United States

Represented by Oliver Bremer, Managing Member. Email: hello@bcu-solutions.com. Full details in the legal notice.

We are based in the United States. Data you send to us directly, for example by email, is processed by us there. We apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) to this website.

2. At a glance

  • Without your consent, this website only processes what is technically required to deliver it securely.
  • Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server. Loading a page does not connect you to Google Fonts or any other content network.
  • Google Analytics runs only after you click Accept in the privacy banner. You can withdraw that at any time under Privacy settings in the footer.
  • We do not use advertising, remarketing or social media tracking, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes the data your browser sends with every request: IP address, date and time, the page and files requested, the referring page, browser type and version, and operating system. This is required to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and misuse.

Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, reliably available website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

4. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your address, your message and any data you include, in order to answer you. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or its preparation, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Our email provider processes messages on our behalf.

We delete your data once your request is fully handled, unless statutory retention periods (for example under commercial or tax law) require us to keep it longer.

5. Privacy settings (consent)

Your choice in the privacy banner is stored in your browser's local storage, so that we do not ask again on every page. No cookie is set for this and nothing is sent to a server. The entry is kept for 12 months; after that we ask again.

Storing your choice is strictly necessary to provide the setting you asked for (section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG) and lets us demonstrate your consent (Art. 6 (1) (c) in conjunction with Art. 7 (1) GDPR).

6. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

With your consent we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics; it does not create user profiles of its own. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use this website – which pages are visited, how long, from which referring page, and which interactions take place (for example clicks on an email address) – so we can improve it.

For this, Google processes usage data together with device and browser information and an approximate location derived from your IP address. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google signals and data sharing for advertising are switched off; ads-related consent signals stay denied. Data in Google Analytics is deleted after 2 months.

Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and section 25 (1) TDDDG). Google processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future under Privacy settings in the footer; we then delete the Analytics cookies in your browser. More in Google's privacy policy.

8. Links to other websites

Our footer links to our profile on Trustpilot. No data is passed to Trustpilot before you click the link. After that, Trustpilot's own privacy policy applies.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). To exercise your rights, an email to hello@bcu-solutions.com is enough.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or the processing serves legal claims.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.

10. Other information

You are not obliged to provide personal data; without it, we simply cannot answer you by email. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. We update this policy when our website or the law changes; the current version is always available on this page.
